Job summary

HRforGrowth is recruiting an Operations Manager for Fulfillment Operations. This role manages facility operations, overseeing Receiving/Stocking, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control for assigned clients, with financial accountability and leadership of plant personnel.

You will lead process improvements, budgeting, labor planning, and compliance with ISO, MNOSHA and OSHA standards, while partnering with Client Services and Engineering to optimize cost, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Evidence of significant supervisory and leadership expertise with a track record of initiative and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations and oversee Receiving/Stocking, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control.
• Provide coaching and direction to plant Supervisors and staff.
• Participate in budgeting and implement cost-control measures.
• Plan labor and scheduling; direct workflow to meet productivity, turn-time, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead projects for new client integrations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Manager and Client Services to achieve objectives.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Archway management; support ISO compliance and safety initiatives.
