Job summary

HRforGrowth is partnering to fill an Operations Manager role overseeing facility operations, including Receiving, Production, Shipping, and Inventory Control, to meet client objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, cost-control, labor planning, and a track record of process improvements in a fast-paced environment. ISO and safety standards compliance are expected responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in operations/warehouse/distribution or similar roles.
• 4+ years in manufacturing/warehouse supervision.
• Demonstrable leadership with coaching, performance management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility operations to meet company objectives and budget.
• Plan labor, scheduling, and resource utilization; ensure productivity, quality and safety standards.
• Partner with Inventory Control and Client Services to optimize inventory and service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for management and stakeholders.
