Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily fulfillment operations within a single site. You will drive performance, safety, and a culture of accountability while aligning with company goals and customer expectations.

You’ll develop leaders, manage the P&L, and partner with field stakeholders to optimize inventory, improve processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably running a single site.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or distribution.
• Experience with Koerber or related WMS software.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in service-oriented industries.
• Must be 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

• Execute fulfillment operations plans to meet stakeholder and customer needs.
• Improve productivity and optimize inventory management to reduce part breakage.
• Collaborate with field stakeholders to deliver exceptional end-to-end fulfillment experiences.
• Oversee site P&L and communicate with leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDL, DOT, and MHE regulations.
• Identify health and safety risks and implement training on best practices.
