Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 5–8 years of managerial experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain in a P&L environment.
• Experience leading teams and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Develop and manage KPIs, labor metrics, and data analytics to optimize performance.
• Direct and mentor teams, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse objectives with business goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily activities including QA, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
