Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team to deliver guest-first service, ensure operations excellence, and drive fulfillment metrics at the Joplin store.

You will coach hourly teammates, manage workload planning, and uphold safety and accuracy in daily activities, including pickup and ship-from-store duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with strong communication and flexible scheduling a plus.

• Experience interacting with guests and teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly experience.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience commitments and operations.
• Lead and develop hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching and accountability.
• Plan workload to support priorities and drive sales goals and fulfillment efficiency.
• Oversee pickup and ship-from-store processes to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
