Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Little Rock, AR. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, plan daily workloads, and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of orders while maintaining a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals; plan daily/weekly workload.
• Coach and develop hourly team members; interview, onboard and retain talent.
• Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and improve outcomes.
• Ensure safety and compliance; model ethical conduct and security practices.
