Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Fayetteville, NY to supervise a team responsible for picking, packing, sorting and shipping orders to guests. You will ensure timely, accurate fulfillment while maintaining excellent guest service and store standards.

The role requires leading hourly team members, scheduling workloads, coaching performance, and driving safety and process improvements. Flexible hours, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications
