Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee guest experience and daily fulfillment tasks at our Idaho store. You’ll lead a team, coach staff, and ensure smooth operation to meet delivery and in-store goals.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with a focus on customer service, inventory control, and store profitability. A flexible schedule and prior retail exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and coach team members to meet Target's guest experience commitments.
• Lead and develop a guest-centric team, hiring and onboarding with the store leader.
• Plan workload to meet daily shifts and fulfillment goals.
• Ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and safe handling of merchandise.
• Maintain compliance with safety and security procedures and company policies.
