RRD is seeking a Fulfillment Department Supervisor to supervise kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack teams across shifts and vendors. You’ll apply strong management principles to develop talent, improve processes, and ensure timely production and delivery of customer products.

You will coordinate with customer service, scheduling, manufacturing, and other locations to meet safety, quality, and KPI targets, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3 or more years experience in comprehensive multi-shift department management in a manufacturing environment. Printing or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Broad technical knowledge in the commercial print and/or fulfillment field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and direct work activities.
• Bias for process focus and demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and multi-task priorities.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and directs the activities of employees in the fulfillment department across shifts, departments, and vendors.
• Plans and schedules workflow, ensures timely production and delivery of customer products.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Works with customer service, scheduling, manufacturing, and other locations to coordinate operations.
• Tracks department expenditures and provides reporting and analysis to management.
