Job summary

RRD is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Supervisor to supervise the kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack teams, coordinating across shifts and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time production and delivery. You will lead with a focus on process improvement, safety, and ISO compliance, while managing budget considerations and talent development.

Ideal candidates bring multi-shift leadership experience in manufacturing or fulfillment, strong communication skills, and a solid background in Windows/MS Office,

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-shift manufacturing or fulfillment teams.
• Strong communication at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and SOPs; process improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack teams.
• Directs activities across shifts, departments, and vendors for accurate operations.
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow; ensures timely production and delivery.
• Promotes a positive work environment and adherence to ISO procedures.
• Tracks department budgets and provides reporting to management.
