Job summary

RR Donnelley in Monroe, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack teams, ensuring accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts, departments and vendors.

You will plan and schedule workflow, uphold safety, quality and continuous improvement KPIs, manage budgets, and mentor staff while aligning with ISO and SOPs. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field preferred
• 3+ years experience in multi-shift manufacturing supervision
• Experience in print/fulfillment environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees in kitting/fulfillment and pick-pack departments
• Directs activities to ensure accurate communications and seamless operations across shifts and vendors
• Maintains knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO and SOPs, and continuous improvement
• Plans and schedules workflow; adjusts schedules per business needs
• Ensures safety, quality, and KPIs are met across the department
• Manages department budgets and labor costs; provides reporting to management
• Promotes positive training programs and adherence to procedures
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure timely shipment of products
