Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Oversee shipping and order preparation to meet customer service standards.
• Develop and implement capacity plans for build-to-stock and build-to-order environments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order flow and issue resolution.
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses using internal and external data.
• Monitor backlogs and ensure timely resolution and reporting.
• Maintain records and documents to support compliance and quality standards.
• Lead regular team meetings to review performance and drive improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
