Summary

Oversees staffing, capacity, productivity, and team performance while supporting safe and cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience; warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Experience leading and motivating employees and a strong understanding of warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong planning, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate changing workloads and schedules, including weekends, and travel as required.
