ShipAmigo in San Diego/Otay Mesa, CA seeks a Fulfillment Warehouse Manager to set up and optimize our warehouse, ensuring accurate and on-time order fulfillment for ecommerce brands. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will oversee picking, packing, shipping, and carrier management, while coordinating with operations to forecast workload and improve efficiency using WMS/OMS and Excel.

Formación

• This role requires proven experience in warehouse management or 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Process orders by OMS waves and assign batches to pickers.
• Oversee packing stations and ensure accurate packing and shipping.
• Lead and mentor warehouse associates, fostering teamwork.
• Implement Lean process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Manage last mile carriers to ensure timely delivery while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to forecast workload and plan.
