Job summary

PT Motion Works in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and SlackBoard assembly teams. You will own day-to-day operations, optimize fulfillment, drive safety, and collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and product teams to support multi-brand growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing a fast-growing consumer products warehouse, with experience scaling processes for high-volume DTC, B2B, and international channels, plus a background in NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building, scaling, and leading a large warehouse.
• Experience managing a 20,000+ sqft facility.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and fulfillment systems.
• Oversee SlackBoard assembly process and teams.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment to meet SLAs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and company policy compliance.
• Lead process improvements and optimize staffing and inventory workflows.
