Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a high-energy Shipping & Parts Fulfillment Manager to lead outbound shipping and replacement-parts fulfillment operations. This role ensures finished goods and parts orders are picked, packed, documented, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

You will partner with Production and Warehouse managers to align daily priorities, monitor KPIs, and drive on-time delivery, using NetSuite and Lean methods to improve flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct supervisory or management experience in a high‑volume shipping, logistics, parts fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading hourly employees and managing daily operational priorities.
• Experience overseeing outbound shipping, parts fulfillment, order processing, or a comparable customer‑delivery operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coach, and mentor Shipping and Parts Fulfillment employees.
• Direct daily outbound shipping and parts fulfillment activities, including order prioritization, picking, packing, documentation, staging, and carrier coordination.
• Develop and execute a daily fulfillment plan that aligns staffing, workload, carrier schedules, and order priorities with targets.
• Partner with Production and Warehouse managers to confirm production completion priorities and material availability.
• Participate in daily cross‑functional meetings and provide updates on shipment status and risks.
