Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a high-energy Shipping & Parts Fulfillment Manager to lead outbound shipping and replacement‑parts fulfillment. You will ensure orders are picked, packed, documented, and shipped accurately and on time, collaborating with Production and Warehouse leaders to meet daily targets.

With a team of 10–15 hourly associates, you’ll drive Lean practices, ERP/NetSuite usage, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of direct supervisory or management experience in high‑volume shipping.
• Experience leading hourly employees and managing daily operational priorities.
• Experience overseeing outbound shipping, parts fulfillment, order processing, or a comparable customer‑delivery operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 hourly associates across Shipping and Parts Fulfillment.
• Direct daily outbound shipping and parts fulfillment activities including order prioritization, picking, packing, documentation, staging, and carrier coordination.
• Develop and execute a daily fulfillment plan aligning staffing, workload, schedules, and revenue targets.
• Partner with Production and Warehouse managers to confirm priorities and material readiness.
• Participate in daily cross‑functional meetings and provide status updates and risks.
• Identify at risk orders and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor order backlogs and ensure on‑time delivery as per customer requirements.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping, export docs, freight coordination, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and monitor service and cost performance.
• Ensure shipments are correctly processed in the ERP system before leaving the facility.
• Apply Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement to improve flow and reduce processing time.
• Balance staffing and resources and coordinate overtime when necessary.
• Provide floor leadership and escalate issues as needed.
• Use NetSuite to monitor order status, postings, backlog, and delivery performance.
• Track KPIs and report on shipment attainment and accuracy.
