Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Manager, Fulfillment to lead order processing, shipping, and capacity planning. You’ll supervise a team focused on accurate fulfillment, inventory control, and coordinated vendor interactions to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding a team of entry- to mid-level professionals.
• Experience maintaining optimal inventory levels and coordinating materials.
• Strong customer service focus and service standards.
• Ability to prepare and interpret volume and demand planning analyses.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors/partners.
• Proven problem solving in operations and process contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for teams and vendors.
• Ability to identify and implement operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily order processing to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
• Oversee preparation and shipping of orders, upholding customer service standards.
• Develop capacity plans for build-to-stock and build-to-order environments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless order flow.
• Prepare volume and demand planning analyses using internal/external data.
• Monitor order backlogs and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records and documents to support compliance and quality standards.
• Lead regular team meetings to review performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
