Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Tucson, AZ. You will lead a team of hourly team members, plan daily and weekly workload, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders while delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety, inventory accuracy and collaboration with store leadership. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with flexible schedule including nights and weekends; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old and flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly team members and interview, coach, and develop staff.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve goals.
• Deliver consistent guest experience and safe, accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Monitor metrics, drive improvements, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding and training, and support store leadership as needed.
