Job summary

Radial is seeking a Senior Fulfillment Specialist at our Indianapolis Fulfillment Center to support day-shift operations. You will perform general labor in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, ensuring accuracy in fulfillment, audits, and vendor compliance tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining WMS systems, paperless reporting, and assisting in daily SLA metrics. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, with cross-training across warehouse functions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience in warehousing or distribution operations.
• Must be cross trained in multiple departments.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Check and document the work of others according to established guidelines.
• Maintain cycle count and quality assurance programs.
• Reconcile and report audit discrepancies.
• Proactively seek improvements in processes.
• Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
