Job summary

Radial Inc. in California seeks an Operations Manager to lead an operations team within the value stream, overseeing inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments and inventory control. The role drives continuous improvement and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will mentor direct reports, develop shift plans, and collaborate with on-site staff and clients to meet SLAs and KPIs while promoting a culture of accountability and cost-conscious process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement ideologies such as LEAN or Six Sigma, certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a managerial role.
• Ability to analyze data to identify defects and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for client SLA agreements and site quality/fulfillment targets.
• Develop and manage day-to-day operational strategy to ensure safe, productive campus operations.
• Lead performance management for area and develop direct reports.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Oversee quality assurance, establish metrics, and apply best practices.
