Job summary

Radial Inc. in Stevens, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an operations team across inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory management.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage shifts (including weekend/donut shifts), mentor staff, and ensure client SLA adherence while controlling budget. The role emphasizes lean process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration with on-site staffing and senior leadership; candidates should have 2+ years of managerial ops

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; HS degree or GED acceptable.
• Experience with process improvement ideologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) / Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a manager role.
• Execution focused with ability to be flexible and coachable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
• Create and manage day-to-day operational strategy for the campus.
• Lead performance management program for area and develop direct reports.
• Manage shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality (including some 2nd shift & weekend shifts).
• Oversee quality assurance, establish metrics, and implement CI initiatives.
• Deliver productivity improvements in line with KPIs and lean process improvements.
• Budget management for the value stream and staffing coordination.
• Interact with clients on operational topics and coordinate resources.
