Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join its busy operations site in Manchester, NH. You will perform picking, packing, receiving goods, and collaborate with drivers while keeping safety and quality standards.

The role requires flexible availability across 1st-3rd shifts, ability to lift up to 49 pounds, familiarity with basic web apps, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment; full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift; lift up to 49 pounds.
• Experience in restaurant/retail environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify counts against PO/invoice, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.
• Communicate with customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• Move products safely using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Operate in temperature-controlled areas including occasional freezer locations.
