Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Houston site’s operations team. You will report to a Site Leader and perform a variety of duties including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 49 pounds, and work flexible shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work a fluid schedule including peak 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software such as Google G-Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory against orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean and organized facility and sales floor.
