Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Help manage department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, and communicate with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Follow policies, track attendance, and review SOPs.
• Track ATS/labor hours and assist in training associates.
• Ensure area performance via tracking and reporting of associate performance.
• Participate in OE initiatives and assist with production duties as needed.
• Understand workflow and daily production goals; keep area clean and safe.
