Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Process Assistant in Kent, WA. The role supports the Area Manager and oversees daily department duties, including labor allocation, leading meetings, assigning tasks, and coordinating with internal and external suppliers.

You will provide vacation coverage for Area Managers, track labor hours, train associates, ensure SOP compliance, and support productivity goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Assist with daily management of department duties including labor allocation, meetings, and duties assignment.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track ATS/labor hours and report findings.
• Train associates and verify SOP compliance.
• Maintain area performance through tracking and feedback.
• Assist in safety initiatives and identify hazards.
• Filling in with production duties when needed.
• Review and update SOPs as required.
