Job summary

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to support operations within our fulfillment centers. Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, receiving and stowing products, and maintaining accurate inventory, with occasional unloading/loading of trucks.

Leads will communicate instructions, motivate colleagues, and ensure a safe, efficient work area. Candidates should be 18+, prepared for 40-hour weeks with overtime, and comply with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, unload/load trucks.
• Lead and communicate instructions to other associates, motivate the team, and maintain safe work areas.
