Job summary

Amazon is seeking an entry-level Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates in one of our fulfillment centers, sort centers, or delivery stations. You will mentor and manage staff on the floor, prioritizing safety, quality, and performance while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include team leadership across shifts, driving accountability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (before start date).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of hourly associates in a warehouse environment.
• Mentor, motivate and manage to meet safety, quality and performance goals.
• Engage with team on the production floor and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Oversee operations and ensure tools and resources are available for your team.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting with potential night/weekend shifts.
