Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Fulfillment to deliver and coordinate training across Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping operations at a Colorado site. You will own scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining a strong safety and continuous learning culture on the floor.

You will partner with Ops, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps, maintain up-to-date training records, and ensure regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development.
• Maintain training records and ensure GDP/regulatory alignment.
• Audit PIT-trained associates for continued compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own full training lifecycle: scheduling, facilitation, documentation, compliance.
• Coordinate with site leadership to develop training schedules and programs.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report training completion.
