Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Learning Lead, Fulfillment to coordinate training across Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping. You will own the full lifecycle from scheduling to documentation, maintaining GDP-compliant records, and ensuring a strong safety culture on the floor.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps, deliver effective curricula, and certify personnel for PIT operations in a 7-day shift environment.

About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Lead, Fulfillment to deliver and coordinate all training operations across Dispense & Fulfillment and shipping operations at an assigned site. This role owns the full training lifecycle — scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance — while maintaining an active floor presence to support operational teams and drive a strong culture of safety and continuous learning. The Learning Lead, Fulfillment reports to the Learning Operations Manager or Learning Area Manager depending on shift, and plays a key role in ensuring all associates are equipped, certified, and compliant across fulfillment and distribution operations.

You Will:

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas.
• Conduct remediation and retraining sessions as needed to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule for new hires, cross-training, and annual training programs in coordination with site leadership.
• Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, and ensure documentation aligns with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date, accessible training records for regulatory and internal reviews.
• Utilize LMS platforms to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps and ensure training programs meet business and compliance needs.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies are being met continuously.
• Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge, identify training gaps, and support operational teams.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Create and update training materials ensuring content is current and compliant.
• Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams to stay aligned on training priorities.
• Engage associates to build and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Support operational workflows by contributing to path and process tasks when training responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Train, certify, and audit all personnel on the safe operation of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and equipment.
• Implement and enforce all OSHA and facility rules and regulations related to Powered Industrial Equipment.
• Conduct practical PIT training applications, examinations, and issue certifications.
• Perform ongoing audits of PIT-trained associates to ensure continued compliance and safe operation.

You Have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant digital tools.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts as needed for a 7-day operation.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment, distribution, and warehouse processes and operational workflows.
• Experience with OSHA compliance and safety training in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification or demonstrated ability to obtain certification required.
