Job summary

Lime is hiring an Out-of-Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Chicago-based Operations team. You’ll lead strategic deployment of vehicles and assets, manage relationships with logistics partners and driver networks, and optimize routes to improve coverage and efficiency.

We seek a data-driven problem solver with 1–3 years in operations, strong English communication, and the ability to balance day-to-day tasks with strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional work experience in operations.
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Data-driven with ability to analyse data to solve problems.
• Organised, able to work independently in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach Operations Specialists with performance management and goal setting.
• Manage end-to-end out-of-warehouse operations using field data and market analytics.
• Analyse market demand patterns to refine placement strategies.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners, contractors, and driver networks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and audits.
• Optimise deployment routes and asset placement to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations, Government Relations and product teams.
