Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team in New Jersey. You will report to a Site Leader and perform varied tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with drivers, while upholding safety standards.

Your role supports efficient inventory, accurate ordering, and timely fulfillment for customers across shifts, including mornings/evenings/weekends. Prior retail/restaurant exposure is a plus, with room to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets, verify inventory vs PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility and sales floor.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage; handle substitutes or OOS items.
