Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. Directly reporting to a Site Leader, you will perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks within the site and kitchen (if applicable). You will work with our partner drivers to ensure timely delivery and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, order accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized facility. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior restaurant/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and handle, move, or stock items safely.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility; maintain sanitation standards.
• Handle waste and spoilage per FIFO; ensure expiration control.
