Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the operations team. The role reports to a Site Leader and involves picking, packing, receiving, and supporting kitchen activities as applicable. You will work with our partner drivers to ensure timely fulfillment.

As an OA, you will help maintain accurate inventory, handle products safely, and keep the facility organized. Flexibility for shifts and a willingness to stand for long periods are required to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
• Basic proficiency with web-based tools (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive and unpack pallets and verify inventory against invoices
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of orders
• Maintain clean and organized facility
• Follow FIFO to minimize waste
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items
• Operate carts, pallet jacks and other equipment
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Prepare and stage orders for delivery
