Job summary

Gopuff is hiring Operations Associates to join the operations team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform pick/pack duties, receive product, and support drivers. The role includes working in kitchen areas if applicable, inventory control, and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities cover stocking, waste control, sourcing substitutions for customers, and ensuring accurate packaging for delivery. Flexibility across shifts is required in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a fluid schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic web-based software (e.g. Google G-Suite) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory vs PO/invoice.
• Re-shelve inventory and manage stock discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized facility and floor area.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Communicate substitutions or out-of-stock items to customers.
