Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team. OAs report to a Site Leader and perform picking, packing, receiving, inventory management, and coordination with partner drivers.

They ensure accurate inventory, follow FIFO, and assist with preparing beverages/food items for delivery while keeping the site clean and organized. Training and safety guidelines are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Able to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts (1st–3rd).
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (e.g., Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors; ensure counts match PO/invoice and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Manage waste and spoilage via FIFO.
• Contact customer for substituted or out-of-stock items.
