Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates to join the operations team in Houston. OAs will perform picking/packing, receiving, inventory control, and safe handling of products, including beverages and prepared foods, within a fast-paced facility.

Reporting to a Site Leader, the role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork across drives, kitchen coordination (where applicable), and customer communication for substitutions or out-of-stock items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; verify inventory against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory, re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize the facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
