Job summary

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in Columbus, OH is hiring Fulfillment Associates for our warehouse team. You'll pick, pack and ship ice cream to customers nationwide, ensuring accuracy and quality.

This full-time, first-shift role runs 8am–4:30pm Monday–Friday with occasional overtime and weekends. You will operate in a cold environment, handle dry ice training, build pallets, inspect outgoing orders, and support inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to withstand working inside a freezer and wear freezer gear.
• Must be able to safely work with dry ice with provided training.
• Must be able to bend and safely lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack merchandise for eCommerce orders.
• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders.
• Assist in building pallets for shipping or storage.
• Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Inspect trucks prior to shipping or receiving.
• Receive ice cream and other items and provide supervisor with paperwork.
• Occasionally assist in the delivery of ice cream to scoop shops.
• Occasionally assist in counts and reconciliation of inventory.
• Comply with food safety policies and procedures.

Job Description:

Team Jeni's is looking for Fulfillment Associates to join our dedicated and growing warehouse team in Columbus! Fulfillment Associates are an integral part of day to day operations that pick, pack & ships ice cream to our customers around the country. This person must have hustle, guts and a strong work ethic!

This position is a full time, first shift position 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday with occasional overtime and weekends.

• Occasionally assist in the delivery of ice cream to scoop shops
