Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is seeking a Shopkeeper for our Chagrin Falls shop. The role leads the shop team, trains staff, and models exceptional customer service, while managing daily operations, inventory, and HR tasks.

The position is full-time with variable shifts including openings, closings, and weekends. A passion for ice cream and team leadership are essential, with bonus potential and benefits offered.

Salary Range: $56,100.00 To $61,600.00 Annually

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is searching for a Shopkeeper to join our Chagrin Falls team.

The job of the Shopkeeper is to lead the Shop team by training and role modeling exceptional customer service, beautiful scooping, hustling through lines and late night deep cleaning, and treating all customers and team members with care and respect. Shopkeepers are full-time employees also responsible for accounting, scheduling, inventory/ordering, and all HR functions (hiring, training, development, and performance management of all team members). This full-time position also involves working variable shifts, including opening shifts, closing shifts, and/or weekend shifts
