Walgreens in Northlake, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Fulfillment Center Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of the fulfillment center team, provide guidance, and ensure a first-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers.

You will coach staff, review performance, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, policies, and regulations. A Pharmacy Technician license or PTCB certification is required or attainable within 12 months.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or centralized service.
• Pharmacy Technician license or PTCB certification within state timeline.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.
• Proven customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance on complex problems.
• Manage escalations and report issues when appropriate.
• Supervise daily activities of team members and provide coaching.
• Coach and develop team members and leads; conduct performance reviews.
• Identify process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain relationships across management levels to meet department goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, including HIPAA and productivity standards.
