Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Team Lead to guide and develop our fulfillment team at our Tacoma, WA facility. You will set departmental expectations, foster teamwork, and ensure clear communication across shifts to maintain operational excellence.

You will mentor staff, monitor production metrics, and collaborate with center leadership to implement strategic plans that improve efficiency and safety. A hands-on leader who can adapt to evolving priorities is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fulfillment teams in inbound or outbound operations.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff to improve performance.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance in a fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities

• Recognize, mentor, and provide training to optimize performance and growth.
• Track production metrics and report insights to management for improvement.
• Assist FC managers with long-term operational planning and shift coverage.
• Arrive early and complete handoffs, reports, and timecard reviews.
