Job summary

Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Area Manager to oversee our inbound or outbound teams within the fulfillment center. This role sits at the entry level of leadership and is a stepping stone to broader management across Spreetail's supply chain network.

You will lead, train, and coordinate with frontline teams, ensuring shipments reflect our brand quality while optimizing processes and capacity planning during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Attained 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, plan forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience in process mapping and standard operating procedure documentation.

Responsibilities

• Place importance on each shipment that leaves our distribution center to represent our brand.
• Regularly suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Hold regular statuses with Leads to maximize training and growth of fulfillment center staff.
• Pre-plan with carriers and network to meet capacity expectations for carrier and center.
• Drive effective communication with marketplace representatives to meet performance standards and address issues.
