Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior FC Operations Manager to lead Area Managers and FC Leads across our fulfillment network. You will own facility safety, quality, delivery, and cost, driving standard work and leadership culture during deployments and steady-state operations.

You will travel to facilities, manage P&L implications, and build a bench of leaders for future site openings, with a clear path to permanent senior leadership within Spreetail's growing network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred).
• 5+ years of management experience across multiple functions or shifts.
• Safety-first culture builder with experience protecting teams.
• Proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent with development plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or analytics; proficient in Excel, forecasting, scorecards, dashboards; experience mapping processes.

Responsibilities

• Own facility performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost; run operations via standard work and leadership teams.
• In crisis deployments, lead the turnaround alongside the Site Director and raise the bar during stable periods.
• Understand facility and network P&L; identify trends and opportunities in the FC process.
• Travel a minimum of 25% of the time to assigned facilities across Spreetail's network.
• Plan capacity, space, and hiring for seasonal volume, including international inbound freight.
• Develop Area Managers and FC Leads; manage individual development plans and promote internal talent.
• Partner with People & Culture, Transportation, Vendor Management, and HQ to align site operations with supply chain strategy.
• Prepare for permanent senior operations placement at new Spreetail fulfillment centers.
