Job summary

Spreetail is seeking may require a fast-paced warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across multiple shifts in Tacoma, WA. You will pick and pack orders, unload inbound freight, and ensure accurate inventory placement using RF scanners.

Role involves physical work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods. Overtime may be required during peak seasons, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reliability in shift attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand and move for long durations (10-hour shift).
• Comfort on feet, bending, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack orders accurately and stage for carrier pickup.
• Unload inbound freight and verify counts against packing slips.
• Transport inventory to bin locations using RF scanners and equipment.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work zones per regulations.
