Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant to support Area Managers in a Fulfillment Center environment in Massachusetts. You will help manage daily duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, and communicate with suppliers while covering vacations for Area Managers and assisting with safety and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include tracking labor hours, coaching associates on safe work practices, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Help manage daily department duties, including labor allocation, meetings, and communication with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist in training associates and ensuring SOP compliance.
• Support area performance through tracking, reporting and feedback.
• Perform production duties as needed and understand production goals.
