Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily department duties and labor allocation.
• Lead meetings and assign tasks to staff.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track ATS labor hours and report results.
• Ensure policy follow-up and safety compliance.
• Support production and maintain clean work areas.
• Coach associates on safe work practices.
