Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Assistant for our Saint Louis area Fulfillment Center. You will support the Area Manager and help manage daily department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and communications with internal and external suppliers.

You will cover for Area Managers on vacation, track labor hours, coach associates on safety, and assist in achieving daily production goals while maintaining clean work areas and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Aid daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and communicating with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and track ATS/labor hours.
• Assist in training associates, ensuring SOP compliance, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and help meet daily production goals.
