Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Process Assistant to support multiple Fulfillment Center areas. You will help manage daily department duties, allocate labor, lead meetings, and coordinate with internal and external suppliers.

Responsibilities include vacation coverage for Area Managers, tracking labor hours, training associates, and ensuring SOP compliance while supporting safety initiatives and production goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Assist with daily management, allocate labor, lead meetings, and communicate with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours and ensure SOP compliance.
• Assist in safety initiatives and identify hazards.
