Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with all levels.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Leadership ability with a track record of teamwork and safety awareness.
• Education beyond high school is preferred but not required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Allocate labor, lead meetings, assign job duties, and communicate with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours.
• Assist in training associates and verifying SOP compliance.
• Help ensure area performance through tracking and reporting.
• Participate in safety initiatives and address hazards.
• Assist in production duties as needed.
