Job summary

Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to support operations within our fulfillment centers. Responsibilities include picking/packing, receiving/stowing, inventory accuracy, and assisting with truck loading/unloading.

Lead assistants will communicate instructions, motivate teams, and maintain safety on the floor. We emphasize a safe, productive environment with a casual dress code and normal climate controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate instructions, motivate others, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support unloading/loading trucks as needed.
